The Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) is organizing the 2nd Regional Conference on Agrobiodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Utilisation (RAC2) 2024, to be held on 11-13 June 2024 with support from TFNet.
Agriculture biological diversity or agrobiodiversity has tremendous potential to simultaneously address three of the most important global challenges facing humankind in this region and worldwide namely food security, climate change and sustainable agriculture. It is necessary to raise awareness especially among the policy makers and decision makers on the importance of agrobiodiversity. It is of utmost importance to identify solutions that would contribute to development of new knowledge and relevant technologies.
